FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What you need to know about Two.

How does dunnings & collections work?

If an invoice isn’t paid by the due date, Two will send up to three dunning notices before the invoice goes to collections. Once in collections, the buyer is blocked from using Two until the invoice is paid.

Credit limits are adjusted automatically based on payment behavior: timely payments increase available credit, while late payments reduce it.

Will it impact my business if my buyers don’t pay their invoices?

Generally, no. Two conducts AML and KYC checks on merchants to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. If it appears that a merchant knowingly engages with buyers who frequently fail to pay, Two may request additional information to assess the situation.

Do you inform the buyer about collections?

We send payment reminders before the payment is due. We also send communications after the due day has passed to inform the customer about the possible late fees and collections.

How and when will I receive payouts from Two?

When you enroll, provide your bank account to receive payments. Payouts are made weekly on Mondays for all invoices fulfilled by Sunday. After fees, payments are deposited directly, and you can track transactions via the Settlements tab in the Merchant Portal.
