      FAQ

      Pricing questions, answered

How is my final price determined?

Your estimate is built from three parts: operating cost, cost of funds and cost of risk. Cost of risk is based on the credit losses you expect, and we verify it by credit-checking a list of your buyers before confirming your final price.

What counts as “volume through Two”?

The value of approved orders your buyers pay through Two, net of returns and cancellations. Declined orders don’t count.

If I choose “no funding”, am I paying anything for capital?

No. With no funding there is no cost of funds. You pay the cost of operations, plus the cost of risk if Two carries the risk on your buyers.

What’s the difference between “selected buyers” and “all approved buyers”?

With selected buyers, you choose which approved buyers Two carries the risk on, typically your riskiest or largest. With all approved buyers, Two carries the risk on every order it approves.

Can I change my configuration later?

Yes. Many merchants start with decisioning only and add funding or risk cover once they trust the decisions. Changes apply to new orders.

What happens if a buyer defaults on an order Two funded?

If Two carries the risk on that buyer, you keep the money and Two handles collections. If you carry the risk, the funded amount is reclaimed from future payouts.

What integration effort should I expect?

Plugins for Shopify and Magento go live in days. Custom checkouts use our API and pre-built components, and you can start self-serve from the Merchant Portal.

Is there a free trial or shadow-mode option?

Yes, for decisioning-only (no funding) setups you can start free and run Two alongside your current process before switching it on.

Which countries and currencies do you support?

Two operates across Europe, the Nordics, the UK and the US, with multi-currency support on funded configurations.

Who are your funding and insurance partners?

Funding is provided with bank partners including Santander, ABN AMRO, DNB and Avida. We match you with the right partner for your volume and market.

How is my data used and where is it stored?

Your data is used only to provide and improve credit decisioning for you, stored in the EU and processed in line with GDPR.
