How does Upsell with Two work and how do I get started?

The true power of this revolutionary feature lies in the ability to seamlessly edit existing orders. Using Upsell with Two, you have the flexibility to make adjustments and enhancements to orders with either the Two Merchant Portal, or your E-Commerce backend.

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Go to your Merchant Portal or E-Commerce backend and review any recent orders.
  2. Using the Order Creator from Two, check the customer’s maximum order limit.
  3. Approach the customer with your suggested changes, whether that be a different product or additional products/services.
  4. Find their order in the Merchant Portal or your E-Commerce platform and simple update the order with the new details. Remember, if you edit in the portal but use an e-commerce platform, then your system may become out of sync.

Remember, this is only for orders confirmed by your customer and before you fulfill them.
